These are the two numbers a leader should never look away from. Adaptation Load is how hard you are bending people to make the mission work. Strength Utilization is how much of their best you are actually using.
Read them together and you get four situations. Low load and high use is the fit you want, people in their lane, fully spent. High load and low use is the worst of both, you are straining people and wasting them at the same time, usually a sign the wrong people are on the wrong mission.
High load and high use is a productive stretch you cannot run forever, so watch tolerance. Low load and low use means the team is coasting or the mission is too small for it.
The numbers are not a grade, they are a steering wheel.
